Tina Samson did it all this past week for the Iowa Central Tritons, competing in multiple events.

Samson finished in first place in long jump, high jump, and in the 4x100.

In the high jump, Samson set a personal record with a jump of 1.58m, then proceeded to set another personal record with a 11.51m triple jump, while finishing third in the event.

Competing with her teammates in the 4x100, Samson helped the Tritons hit the national qualifying mark.

By herself, she scored 30 team points during the meet.
