Ryan Doran was named the ICCAC Athletic of the Week as a hitter, while Brenden Roder scored the top pitcher honors.

 

Doran, a freshman from Harlan, hit .500 with two homers, a double and four RBI all while scoring five runs and drawing four walks. He also hit a two-run game-winning homer in Oklahoma during a series win over defending national champion Northern Oklahoma-Enid.

 

Roder, a sophomore, went five innings in a 13-1 win for Iowa Central over the Jets. He struck out four, walked just one and allowed only four hits.

 

The Tritons return to action Friday when they compete in the Babe Howard Classic in Millington, Tennessee.
