Jeremy Conley begins his 23rd season at Iowa Central, spending the last nine as the defensive coordinator. Under Conley, the Tritons have accomplished many feats including being the No. 1 scoring defense in NJCAA in 2019. While at Iowa Central, Conley has been part of 17 bowl game appearances including 12 bowl victories and nine Region XI titles. 

Conley has also helped coach numerous all-region players, All-Americans and over 40 Div. I players.

Prior to Iowa Central,  Conley spent two seasons coaching at Iowa City West high school under the legendary Reese Morgan.  During the 1995 season, the Trojans were undefeated state champions.
