Justice Clegg enters his third season as Assistant Athletic Director and offensive line coach at Iowa Central. In Clegg’s first season at Iowa Central, he was a part of an offensive staff that was ranked among the leaders in the nation in total offense (sixth), rushing yards (12th), rushing yards per game (24th) and total rushing attempts (second).

At Iowa Central, Clegg has coached All-American players Richard Rodriguez and Maximus McCree, along with several all-conference and all-region linemen. Many Triton linemen have signed to play at Div. I schools under Clegg's guidance.

Prior to Iowa Central, Clegg spent six years at Graceland University as the offensive line coach, run game coordinator and recruiting coordinator. He also coordinate the team's community service the past two seasons. Prior to being named recruiting coordinator, he was the strength and conditioning coordinator for the program. In his six years as the offensive line coach, Clegg guided 12 all-conference players and coached the program's first CoSIDA Google Cloud Academic All-American.

Prior to Graceland University, Clegg coached at Missouri Valley College where he served as a graduate assistant. In his two seasons there, he coached outside linebackers, tight ends, tackles and was a strength and conditioning coach. While at Missouri Valley College, he was also the junior varsity head coach calling the defense his first year and the offense his second year. 

Before making his way to Missouri Valley College, Clegg coached one year at MacMurray College where he was the defensive line coach. While at MacMurray College he had the opportunity to coach two all-conference players.

Clegg, a native of Lompoc, Calif., started his collegiate football career at Dixie State Community College (Utah) before transferring to Upper Iowa University where he was a three-year varsity starter on the offensive line.

He graduated from Upper Iowa University in 2009 with a BA in Fitness and Wellness. He earned his MA in Sport Management in 2013 from Missouri Baptist University.
