The Iowa Central men's basketball team improved to 7-1 on the season with a win on Monday night against Simpson College by a score of 68-55.  The Tritons outscored Simpson 48-28 in the second half to earn the victory.  "It wasn't an easy game.  Simpson did a good job of guarding us and knocking down shots.  But we found a way to make some plays in the second half, plus I thought we did a better job of extending our defense and made Simpson uncomfortable on the perimeter," said Dennis Pilcher, head coach of Iowa Central.  "We know we have to get better but we will take the win."
