The Iowa Central men suffered a 77-67 loss to Southwestern Wednesday night inside Hodges Fieldhouse.

Ayris Abdelnassar sank a bucket at the buzzer to end the first half, giving the Tritons a 38-37 lead. The Spartans, though, would outscore them in the final 20 minutes, 40-29, to avenge a loss on their home floor.

Zack Foulks scored 24 points and added four rebounds, Andrew Gibb had 12 points, five boards and three assists, and Abdelnassar chipped in eight points, six rebounds and two assists.

Iowa Central looks to get back in the win column when they travel to Little Priest Tribal next Wednesday.
