IOWA FALLS - The Iowa Central men came up short here Saturday against Ellsworth, 68-49.

Down just three at the break, the Tritons were outscored over the final 20 minutes, 41-25.

Kevin Taylor had another double-double, scoring 12 points with 11 rebounds. He added two assists and two steals for Iowa Central.

Owen Thomas, who hit the game-winning shot against Southwestern, scored 12 points and had four rebounds off the bench. Jaxon Smith added nine points, Josh Baker six and Jordan Majeed five. 

The Tritons hit the road on Monday to face Iowa Western in Council Bluffs.
