Iowa Central Sophomore Kevin Taylor capped off the first team selections in 2022-2023. Taylor helped elevate the Trirons from the eighth seed last year to the fifth seed this year. He averaged 14.1 points per and 3.5 assists per game against ICCAC competition. He was top-five in free throws made (59), total rebounds (121), and assists (57) this year in conference play.
