OMAHA - The Iowa Central bowling teams opened their season here this past weekend at the Midland Open. 

The Triton men placed second overall as three individuals finished in the Top-10. Iowa Central's women were eighth overall.

Ryan Dudley, a returning member of the national championship team from a year ago, was seventh followed by Ray Wiegand in eighth and Nickolas Borgman in ninth. 

Allison Christenson led the Triton women, placing 16th, with Madison Ross finishing 40th overall.

Iowa Central returns to action this weekend in Wauwatosa, Wis. at the Midwest Collegiate.
