Iowa Central's Justin Schipper took first place last week at the William Woods Spring Invite in Fulton, Missouri at the Tanglewood Golf Course. In two days, Schipper shot 9-under par with rounds of 68 and a Round 2 low 67. Schipper birdied his final three holes on Day 2 to win the event in a scorecard playoff. For the tournament he was four under par on par 3s. Iowa Central finished in fourth place as a team -- best of the four NJCAA schools in attendance.
