The Iowa Central men's soccer team was unable to get going here Wednesday against Iowa Western, falling 5-0.
The second-ranked Reivers scored three goals in the first half to gain control of the contest.
Iowa Central was playing its third straight ranked opponent, having bested Iowa Lakes before a loss to Marshalltown, 3-2.
