The Iowa Central men's tennis team is ranked eighth as their fall season comes to a close.

The Tritons recorded 56.26 points in the latest JUCO Power Rankings, just two points back of Jacksonville. 

During the fall, Iowa Central faced both No. 1 Cowley and second-ranked Seward.

"This was a nice honor to see that our team is No. 8 based on the players and their UTR rankings," Iowa Central head coach Eric Sturgis said. "It shows the hard work and improvements that have been made.

"There is still a lot of work to do for the spring season."

The Tritons posted several wins in dual action during the fall, along with a strong showing at the ITA Regional Championships.
