The Iowa Central tennis teams are both ranked in the Top-12 in the preseason polls.

The Triton men, who scored a victory over Coe College recently, are ranked ninth, while the women are 12th.

Both Iowa Central teams finished in the Top-10 at nationals this past spring for the first time in program history.

On the men's side, defending three-time NJCAA national champion Tyler is No. 1 in the ITA Collegiate Tennis Coaches Poll. The Tritons are also fourth in the Region III poll behind Cowley County, Seward County and Barton.

Tyler is also the top team in the women's poll. Iowa Central is fourth in Region III behind Cowley County, Seward County and Barton as well.
