Coach Kauzlarich enters her second year with the Tritons as the assistant track and field coach working with the sprints and hurdles group. Last season she worked with the mid-distance and long hurdlers. She coached Tafari Bishop who finished fourth at the 2023 NJCAA Outdoor National Championships in the 400 hurdles with a personal best time of 51.82. His mark stands as the second fastest in school history.

Kauzlarich joined the Tritons after spending the past two years coaching track and field at Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont in Eddyville, IA. There she worked with sprinters, hurdlers and jumpers.

In addition to substitute teaching since 2017 she has been a personal hurdle coach, head cross country coach, junior high track and field coach, high school basketball coach and high school softball coach in various school systems in southern Iowa.

Kauzlarich also started the Southern Iowa Track Club in 2021, where her athletes competed in various AAU & Junior Olympic competitions across the state.

She graduated from William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA in December of 2019 with her BA in Physical Education: Wellness & Recreation. Kauzlarich also serves as a housing coordinator on campus.
