The Iowa Central cross country program had another memorable fall season, as the men captured both the cross country and half marathon national titles.

Honors continued to roll in for the Tritons, as the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association named Dee Brown the NJCAA D1 Men's Cross Country Coach of the Year. 

Brown returned to the role of head coach this year, helping Iowa Central secure its fifth men's title. The Tritons have 13 national titles in cross country and 12 in half marathon under Brown's guidance. 

Aspel Kiprob, who won the half marathon in a new NJCAA and school record time, was named All-American alongside Kelvin Bungei, Yared Kidane. Zander Cobb and Chloe Garcia Grafing. 

Kiprob was also the Midwest Region men's athlete of the year with Brown earning the coach honor for the region.
