Iowa Central went 6-2 last week with their only two losses coming to ninth-ranked Kirkwood. 

Kennedy Palmer was a big factor in both two run losses as she batted .500 (4-8) in the series against the Eagles. 

Palmer went 19-30 (.633) as a whole last week. 

When Palmer got on base it was a real problem as she stole 10 bags and scored 14 runs. 

To add to her success on the base paths, she hit six doubles, a home run and brought home 10 RBI.
