The Iowa Central softball team earned a little revenge here Monday at Rogers Park.

After being swept by No. 20 North Iowa Area last weekend, the Tritons returned the favor, winning 8-4 and 11-5.

The ICCAC doubleheader was moved to Rogers Park due to field conditions in Mason City.

In the opener, Morgan Weeks, Carly Ryan and Kaylee Cary went back-to-back-to-back with home runs to put the Tritons (35-19 overall, 18-10 in league) up early, 4-2. Gabriella Taber added a home run in the fifth as Abby Winter struck out the six in the bottom half of the inning.

Weeks was 3-for-4 with two RBI while Taber had two hits and drove in three. Abby Winter earned the win, striking out seven over three innings.

Bre Nolte had a two-run homer in the first in the nightcap as part of a five-run inning by the Tritons. Nolte, Sydney Wilson and Jayda Long each had two hits with Long driving in four.

Emma Hoyle picked up the win inside the circle and Winter added three more strikeouts in two innings of relief.

This marked the regular season finale for Iowa Central, which begins Region XI Tournament play on Friday in Cedar Rapids vs. Ellsworth.
