Iowa Central moves to 5-1 at home

Success continued to come for the Iowa Central women inside Hodges Fieldhouse, as the Tritons topped Graceland JV Monday night, 90-45.

Mardaeja Cross recorded a double-double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds - with six of those boards coming on the offensive end. She also made 8 of 10 shots from the field, adding five assists and two steals.

Isabell West scored 16 points, making 7 of 12 field goals with nine rebounds and four steals, while Aaliyah Hull had 12 points and nine rebounds. 

Avery Tilley scored 10 points off the bench, draining a pair of 3-pointers, Anni Cummings and Justice Crooks scored eight each, and Auriyah Stewart chipped in seven points. 

The Tritons improved to 5-1 at home and 6-4 overall on the year. They return to action next Wednesday on the road at Iowa Lakes in the first iCCAC matchup of the season.
