ESTHERVILLE - The Iowa Central women dropped their ICCAC opener to Iowa Lakes here Wednesday, 76-34.

After falling in a 14-3 hole after the first quarter, the Tritons never recovered, shooting just 14 percent from the field for the night.

Isabell West led the team with 14 points while Auriyah Stewart added eight with eight rebounds. 

Iowa Central returns to action on Saturday when they host Southwestern at 1 p.m. inside Hodges Fieldhouse.
