On a very demanding oil pattern at the Avila Eagle Invite last weekend, Madisyn Gerdts stayed focused on hitting her shots. She posted a top five finish at the event with an average of 185.6 per game (five games). Gerdts best game came in her last game, a 215. This is the second time for Gerdts as the ICCAC Women's Bowler of the Week. She is known as a team player, with the habit of getting outside of her comfort zone to try different things and improve her game. Next up for Iowa Central is the Kohawk Invitational in Cedar Rapids on Feb. 4-5.
