The Iowa Central Men's Wrestling Team competed at the Grandview Open at Grandview University in Des Moines on Saturday November 11.

Trentin Walker finished in fourth place in the 125-pound weight class bracket of the freshman/sophomore division. Walker lost by decision 10-6 to Iowa State's Blake Giomo in the third place match.

Darnai Heard was champion in the freshman/sophomore 157-pound class; winning by decision over Iowa State's Christian Stanek.

Michael Myers finished fourth for the Tritons in the 157 bracket by fall in the third place match to Benjamin Mitchell of Ottawa.

DJ Moehring finished second in the 285-pound freshman/sophomore bracket in an 8-3 decision with Andrew Just of Marian University.

In the open class, sophomore Matt Sarbo finished third at 149 pounds by no contest to Missouri Valley's Chase Zollman.

The Tritons will be in action Wednesday November 15 in a conference match-up with the Lakers of Iowa Lakes in Estherville and will travel to the Missouri Valley Open Friday and Saturday, November 17-18.
