Kit Hovey is in his eighth season as an assistant coach with the Iowa Central wrestling program.

Hovey, who wrestled for Iowa Central before attending Iowa State University, has helped coach over 30 All-Americans and 10 national champions. During his time with the school, the Tritons have finished in the Top-8 at nationals seven times and won a national title in 2015.
