Several former Iowa Central track and field standouts were named All-Americans recently.

Adva Cohen, a national champion for the Tritons, earned NCAA Div. I All-America status for New Mexico. Cohen's honor, the third overall of her Lobo career, came for indoor track.

A second ex-Triton claimed NCAA Div. I status in Karayme Bartley at Texas Tech. 

At the NCAA Div. II level, former Iowa Central athletes Bryant Brown (MSU-Mankato), Caleb Kath (MSU-Mankato), Jhordan Ccope (NWMSU), Karim Achengli (NWMSU), Travis Petersen (Missouri Southern) Kirsten Leisinger (Missouri Southern) and Payton Roberts (Missouri Southern) were all honored as All-Americans.

The All-American honors were awarded by the USTFCCCA for the 2020 indoor track and field season.
