Tina Samson was the busiest of all athletes at the Region 11 Championships last weekend at Buena Vista University.

The Triton freshman participated in five events—which also included the Pentathlon—so really, 10 events. She won the pentathlon, collecting 3344 points.

She placed second in the long jump (5.86m) and third in the triple jump (11.08).

Her other two events were pole vault (third place) and the 200 meters (ninth place).

In total, Samson scored a whopping 29.5 points at the meet.
