MARSHALLTOWN - The 18th-ranked Iowa Central volleyball team downed Marshalltown in four sets here Wednesday night.

Scores were 25-19, 19-25, 25-20 and 25-17.

The Tritons improved to 4-1 on the season with the win over the NJCAA Div. I Tigers. 

Kealey Anderson had a team-high 17 kills with Amaya Finley adding 13 and Shay Karmazyn six. Anderson also had 13 digs and Finley adding two aces. 

Katie Godfredsen led Iowa Central with 20 assists, as Alesha Johnson tallied 19. Abbie Stewart had eight blocks, Haley Alharithy seven and Hannah Huss recorded 20 digs.  

The Tritons make their Hodges Fieldhouse debut this Friday, August 30 when they host Briar Cliff JV at 3 p.m. and Dakota County at 7 p.m.
