Iowa Central jumped up to No. 4 in the polls after an impressive 3-1 week last week. The Tritons picked up two wins over ranked opponents with their only loss coming to Division I Indian Hills. Olivia Sturgis was a huge presence at the net for Iowa Central coming up with 28 blocks in four matches. Ending the week with 1.87 blocks per set, Sturgis tied a season-high nine blocks against Heartland (Ill.). She tallied 10.5 or more points in each of the four matches last week. For the season, Sturgis has 93 total blocks and averages 1.12 blocks per set.
