Iowa Central was led last week at the Augustana Twilight by freshman Joan Jepngetich -- who took 83rd place of 350 runners across all Divisions. Jepngetich was the first NJCAA runner in the pack to cross the finish line with a time of 19:35.6 in a 5k race. The next NJCAA finisher was Karen Kiratu who took 146th with a time of 20:44.5. Iowa Central will run again at the All-American Invitational in Decorah, Iowa on Sept. 9.
