Freshman Maurine Limo ran a solid race last weekend at the Seminole Valley Stampede in Cedar Rapids. Limo ran to a 16th place finish among 63 runners at the event. Her 5k time resulted in 20:36.1, a 6:37 mile pace. She was the Tritons top runner (the team brought four to the event). It was Limo's best time of the season after running a previous 5k of 21:30.5 at the Chile Pepper Festival and a 25:58.8 6k at the Drews/Neubauer Invite.
